Vanessa brings over 8 years of experience in diverse rehabilitation settings serving children and adults with speech, language, cognitive-communication and swallowing disorders. Vanessa takes a person-centered and life participation approach to therapy. She earned her master’s degree in speech-language pathology from Ball State University. She is licensed in the state of Indiana and certified by the America Speech-Language and Hearing Association (ASHA). Her clinical interests for the adult population include traumatic brain injury (TBI), concussion, stroke and head/neck cancer. She also enjoys working with toddlers and pre-k/kindergarteners with language, articulation and phonological challenges.
